Last week, I co-hosted a La Brisa Aspiring Photographer Workshop (APW) with Sarah Gudeman Photography in Omaha, NE. A huge thanks to Polly and Jon for modeling for all of us! They were absolutely fantastic and braved the frigidness like champs. We explored all around Memorial Park while Sarah and I alternated showing how we would typically photograph an Attraction Session. Then the workshop attendees had the opportunity to pose and interact Polly and Jon individually and as a group. Afterwards, we headed over to LeadBelly for dinner, drinks and to critique each other’s photos!
Thank you to all of the participants who attended! I hope you were able to learn something and that this APW was helpful in your photography journey!

I absolutely love teaching. My background is in education and I am grateful that I have the opportunity to share my photography experience with photographers of all skill levels. The reason I started hosting free Aspiring Photographer Workshops back in 2008 was to give back to all the photographers who helped me get started as well as to help grow the photography community.
