Holy moly. Nina and Nate’s wedding was phenomenal. When b (of www.justbphoto.com) asked me if I would be interested in photographing her best friend’s wedding, I leapt at the opportunity. B has the most amazing friends ever. True story. Nina and Nate definitely exceeded my expectations. Even with the temperatures in the low teens, Nina glowed. She never complained, never doubted, never wanted to do anything else but be with her man. Nate is hilarious. So naturally and genuinely gracious, his smile instantly puts you at ease. Their wedding party was ridiculously fun, trusting and personable. Sarah and I had an absolute blast with them especially because we could not stop laughing, ever. My two favorite moments of their day were 1) when mother of the bride and mother of the groom were getting their hair done simultaneously in the same room (I’ve never seen that before!) and 2) watching Nina and Nate letting loose and thoroughly enjoying themselves with their families and friends on the dance floor!
