As a photographer, sometime you need to work on things outside of your normal purview and this project is going to help us (and you) challenge, grow and creatively develop your photography as a whole. Weekly for the next year, we will be sharing our images with you here!
Here are our Week 41 – Warmth images!
a) ooey gooey wrap-around sun
b) my favorite grandma sweater
c) bright red digits prepared for summer
d) the monkey in my lap
e) yoga pants
f) my “better half” mug
g) the hot coffee in my “better half” mug
h) just thinking about my “better half”
oh, crap, I got off track…
Cue Julie Andrews…I want to dance around in my curtain dress.
When I am ever just slightly feeling a tinge of coldness, I immediately reach for my snuggie, Jorge. Jorge is my best friend. He gives me hugs and makes me feel warm and cozy. Oftentimes, we will watch the NBA playoffs together with our buddy, Pork Bun (the cat), by our side. When I feel like curling up with a good book, I grab Jorge and we cuddle up together on the couch underneath our 7 foot homemade cat tree. Nonetheless, my favorite thing that Jorge and I do together is go to work! As a professional photographer, I am often in frigid outdoor conditions. Fortunately, I always keep Jorge in my camera bag and I wrap him around me and voila! We can now work in any situation that Mother Nature throws at us! You MUST run to your nearest store/computer and purchase one of Jorge’s brother/sister snuggies for yourself and then your life will be as amazing as mine because he completes me.
