Emma is a phenomenal photographer. View her incredible work at Rose Wheat Photography. I originally met Emma when she lived in Kansas and though I don’t think we had ever said more than a handful of words to each other previously, we chatted like old friends when we met up in Anchorage. Everyone that I chatted with at Carissa and Zach’s wedding suggested that I check out Flattop Mountain and so that is where I directed Emma and Jeff to meet me. Emma and Jeff are awesome. They basically trusted me to go anywhere, do anything that I wanted and it was super liberating. With the incredible mountains of Chugach State Park as my background, I had to intentionally force myself to stop shooting everything with my wide angle. From the beginning of our hike, to the random exploration, Emma and Jeff never wavered. I got the impression that they are resilient in their relationship. They are quick to laugh, quick to assist each other and quick to love. They have what everyone else wants. Thank you for the opportunity to preserve this time of your relationship.
